Tom Peake, Mark Reynolds and Nick Fox of Renaissance Pubs are to open their first boutique hotel this Spring above The Tommyfield in Kennington.
Following a period of extensive renovation, the Tommyfield Hotel Rooms will take over two upper floors of the public house, which originally dates back to 1897.
This is an exciting new development for the award-winning pub group, which celebrated its 10th birthday in 2013.
In addition to the new hotel, existing pubs The Stonhouse and The Avalon in Clapham will both undergo refurbishments this Spring with the adaptation and modernising of their existing exterior offerings.
The pub group has yet further new developments planned later in the summer.
